Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Finetuning.ai (the “Service”), operated by Riku AI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide a valid email address and verify it before using generation features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or bans.
  • You must not use disposable or temporary email addresses.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or its underlying models
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
  • Circumvent rate limits, generation limits, or other usage restrictions
  • Share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service to train or develop competing AI music generation models
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

4. AI-Generated Content

Ownership

Music generated through Finetuning.ai is created by AI models. You retain the right to use your generated content subject to your subscription tier:

  • Free tier: Personal, non-commercial use only
  • Plus / Pro tier: Full commercial rights to your generated content

Limitations

  • We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or free from similarity to existing works.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to use anonymized generation metadata (prompts, parameters) to improve our service.

5. Fair Usage Policy

All plans are subject to fair usage limits. Free accounts are limited to a set number of generations per month. Paid plans include higher limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit abusive usage patterns, even on paid plans.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
  • Credit packs are non-refundable and do not expire.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may use automated systems to detect policy violations. Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIKU AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the State of Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

This agreement to arbitrate shall survive termination of your account. Small claims court actions and requests for injunctive relief are exempt from this arbitration provision.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
